5.3 Late payments may incur additional charges.
5.4 All fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, may only be granted where services cannot be delivered due to regulatory restrictions or the Company’s inability to provide the agreed service.
6.1 All content on our Website, including text, graphics, and branding, is our exclusive property.
6.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.
7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7.3 We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties or government decisions.
8.1 We maintain the confidentiality of client information.
8.2 We may disclose information when required by law or legal authority.
We shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, regulatory changes, power outages, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
10.1 Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.
10.2 Termination does not relieve the Client of outstanding payment obligations.
10.3 Upon termination, any fees paid remain subject to Section 5.4 (Refunds).
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11.2 Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai in accordance with applicable UAE arbitration rules. If arbitration fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our Website. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
