We have developed this policy for the convenience and protection of both parties’ rights in relation to the efforts, time, and resources involved in initiating and completing this agreement. Vista Corporate Group’s strict Refund Policy is stated below.
Vista Corporate Group is a service-based organization and is entitled to be compensated for its time, knowledge, expertise, advisory, consulting, and professional services. Any amount earned within the scope of such services is non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Client shall make all payments in advance, unless post-dated cheques or another approved form of guarantee covering the full fee amount has been provided. The Client agrees that any fees, charges, or disbursements are neither refundable nor transferable. Vista Corporate Group reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of any outstanding payments due from the Client.
Vista Corporate Group also reserves the right to decline any refund request, including but not limited to requests for Government Authority Fees already collected, cases where the Client has failed to submit required documents or information, or where relevant authorities such as DED or Free Zone entities refuse to issue or renew a license. Consultancy and advisory fees are treated as advance payments and are considered earned against the time and services of Vista consultants, except in cases of termination of the agreement for cause.
Any third-party payments, including but not limited to government fees, investment amounts, attorney or vendor charges, or disbursements made on the Client’s behalf, fall outside the responsibility of Vista Corporate Group. Refunds for such amounts are subject solely to the independent policies of the respective third parties.
Furthermore, any success fees, referral fees, brokerage fees, commissions, or repatriation fees, once earned, are strictly non-refundable.
